Accessibility Statement

BNB Tools wants everyone to be able to browse, buy and use our templates, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim for go.bnbtools.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. What we do:

• semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link;
• every function works with a keyboard, with visible focus;
• text and buttons meet colour-contrast requirements, and text can be resized to 200%;
• images have text alternatives (decorative images are hidden from screen readers);
• forms have labels, clear error messages and don't rely on colour alone;
• pop-ups (like our welcome-code offer) can be closed with Escape and keep keyboard focus inside while open;
• no autoplaying audio or video and no time limits on checkout;
• we test pages with automated tools (Lighthouse/axe) and by hand on mobile and desktop.

Known limitations

• Canva and Google Sheets. You edit the templates inside Canva and Google Sheets, which are third-party tools with their own accessibility features and limits. We can't change those tools, but we can help you work around problems.
• PDF e-books are designed for visual reading and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us for an accessible version (for example plain text) and we'll send one.
• Template designs (signs, welcome books) are visual documents you customise; when you edit them, you control font sizes, contrast and alternative text for your guests.
• Payment pages are provided by Link (Stripe), which publishes its own accessibility information.
