Terms of Sale & Use

Welcome to BNB Tools. These Terms of Sale & Use ("Terms") apply when you visit go.bnbtools.com (the "Site") or buy from it. Please read them together with our Refund & Delivery Policy, Template License and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is run by Taylor'd Computer Networks, doing business as BNB Tools, a business based in Texas, USA ("BNB Tools", "we", "us"). Postal address: 28 Medical Dr., Amarillo, TX 79106, USA. Email: info@bnbtools.com.

BNB Tools is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Canva or Google. Their names are used only to describe what our products work with.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. At checkout you confirm that you accept them before you pay. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy.

3. What we sell

We sell digital products for short-term rental hosts: Canva templates (Welcome Book, signs, checklists, Instagram posts) in one or more languages, a Google Sheets bookkeeping workbook and PDF e-books (some given free with a purchase). Product descriptions, page counts and screenshots on the Site show what's included. Templates are designed to be edited by you; the example text, photos and details in them are placeholders.

To use the products you need your own free Canva and/or Google account and an internet connection. Canva and Google are third-party services with their own terms; we don't control them and aren't responsible if they change, limit or stop their services.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT that applies, unless the checkout shows otherwise. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
• Payment and billing are handled by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), which acts as the merchant of record for your payment: Link takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and appears on your card or bank statement (as LINK.COM* BNBTOOLS or similar). BNB Tools makes and delivers the products and provides product support. Your payment is also subject to the Sold Through Link Terms, and you can contact Link support about billing. We never see or store your full card details.
• Because of payment and export rules, we can't sell to customers in some countries and regions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, China, Kosovo, Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha).
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and your library is created. We may refuse or cancel an order (and refund it in full) if a price or description was obviously wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these Terms.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.

5. Delivery

Delivery is instant and electronic: your personal library at go.bnbtools.com/library opens right after payment and we email you a link to it. Details are in the Refund & Delivery Policy. Keep your email address up to date; anyone who can read your email can sign in to your library.

6. Right to cancel and refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once your library is ready. At checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK) once delivery starts. If a product is faulty or not as described, we'll fix it, replace it or refund the affected part, as set out in the Refund & Delivery Policy. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, or any refund rights Link gives you under its own buyer terms and refund policy.

7. Your license to use the templates

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates for the short-term rentals your hosting business owns or manages. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the templates (edited or not) as templates. The full rules are in the Template License. All intellectual property in the products and the Site stays with BNB Tools or its licensors.

8. Your account and library

Your library is tied to the email address you buy with. We sign you in with one-time links sent to that address. You're responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. We may suspend a library that is being shared publicly or used to redistribute the templates.

9. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, don't: break the law; try to access areas or data you're not allowed to; interfere with the Site's security or operation (including scraping, bots or overloading it); upload anything unlawful, infringing or harmful (for example in a review or photo); or impersonate anyone. See also our Review Guidelines.

10. Reviews, emails and promotions

• Reviews you submit are covered by the Review Guidelines. When you tick the consent box, you give us permission to show your review, display name and photos publicly on bnbtools.com, and you confirm they are honest and yours.
• Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Order and account emails (receipts, library links, sign-in links) are sent as part of your purchase.
• Discount codes and offers follow our Promotion Terms.

11. Our content and the Site

The Site, its text, design, photos and templates are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site for your own use. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, see Copyright & DMCA.

We work to keep the Site available and accurate. EXCEPT AS SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND OUR REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY, AND TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The Site may occasionally be unavailable, and we may change or discontinue features. Content in our e-books and templates (for example hosting, marketing or bookkeeping tips) is general information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice; check with a qualified professional and the rules of your platform and local area.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost bookings, income or data) or for problems caused by third-party services (Canva, Google, Airbnb and so on) or by your own edits to the templates;
• our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be solved by emailing us first will be decided by the state courts of Potter County, Texas, or the federal courts for the Northern District of Texas (or, for small claims, a small-claims court where you live), and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. There is no arbitration agreement between you and us. (Link's own terms, which cover your payment, contain their own dispute rules between you and Link.) If you're a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you accepted at checkout (we record its version number with your order). The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the Terms last changed materially.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a business that takes over the Site, and we'll tell you if we do. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
