Promotion Terms

Last updated · Version 1

In short: Our $5 welcome code (HOST5-…) is one per person, single use, valid 14 days, and can't be exchanged for cash or combined with other codes. Getting the code doesn't sign you up for marketing emails unless you tick the box.

These terms apply to discount codes and special offers on go.bnbtools.com, including the $5 welcome code, in addition to our Terms of Sale & Use. The offer is run by Taylor'd Computer Networks (BNB Tools), 28 Medical Dr., Amarillo, TX 79106, USA.

The $5 welcome code

  • What you get: a code starting with HOST5- worth $5.00 off one order on go.bnbtools.com, emailed to you and shown on screen when you ask for it.
  • One per person. One code per person and per email address. Variations of the same mailbox (for example "+tags" or extra dots in a Gmail address) count as the same address. To prevent abuse we also limit how many codes can be requested from one internet connection.
  • Single use on one order. If you ask again with the same email while your code is still valid, we show you the same code.
  • Valid for 14 days from when it's issued. The expiry date is in the email. Expired codes can't be extended or reissued.
  • No minimum spend, but the discount can't make an order cost less than $0, and the code can't be combined with any other discount code.
  • No cash value. It can't be exchanged for cash or credit, transferred or sold.
  • If you get a refund on an order that used a code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid and the code isn't reissued.
  • Reminder emails. Because you asked for the code, we may send up to two reminders before it expires. Each has a link to stop them. Getting a code does not subscribe you to our newsletter; we only send marketing emails if you tick the optional "hosting tips" box and confirm your subscription.

Other promotions

Other codes and offers show their own conditions where they are offered (for example, an expiry date or which products they apply to). Unless stated otherwise, codes are single use, can't be combined and have no cash value.

General

We may refuse, cancel or void a code (and cancel orders that used it) if it was obtained or used fraudulently, through automated tools, multiple identities or in breach of these terms. We may end or change an offer at any time, but a code already issued stays valid under the terms in force when it was issued. Offers are void where prohibited by law. Questions: info@bnbtools.com.
