Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)
We respect the rights of others. Customers can upload content to the Site (for example review photos). If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is on the Site (the URL), with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Designated agent:
DMCA Agent, Taylor'd Computer Networks (BNB Tools)
28 Medical Dr., Amarillo, TX 79106, USA
Email: info@bnbtools.com (subject line "DMCA notice")
We'll remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and tell the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We remove the ability to post content, and may close the library access, of anyone who repeatedly infringes others' copyrights.
Misuse
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
