Template License

This license applies to the Canva templates, the Google Sheets bookkeeping workbook, the e-books and any other files or links you get from go.bnbtools.com (together, the "Templates"). It is part of our Terms of Sale & Use. BNB Tools (a trade name of Taylor'd Computer Networks) owns the Templates or has the right to license them; you get a license to use them, not ownership of the original designs.

What you can do

• Use the Templates for your own hosting business: every short-term or vacation rental that you, or the business you buy for, owns or manages. No limit on the number of properties, copies or edits.
• Edit everything: text, colours, fonts, photos, layout, languages.
• Share the finished result with your guests: print it, put it in your rental, send it as a PDF or link in your booking messages, post the finished Instagram graphics on your own social media accounts.
• Let people who work for your hosting business use them (co-hosts, cleaners, virtual assistants), for your listings.
• Use the e-books for your own reading and reference.

What you can't do

• Resell, share, give away or publish the Templates as templates, whether edited or not, free or paid. For example: selling them on Etsy or Creative Market, uploading them to a template library, sharing your Canva template link or copy link in a group, or giving your library access to another host.
• Use the Templates to create products or services for other hosts or businesses you don't manage (for example a design or property-management service selling welcome books to clients whose properties you don't manage), unless we agree in writing.
• Remove or hide copyright notices in the e-books, or pass the e-books off as your own work.
• Use our names, logos or product photos to suggest you are BNB Tools or endorsed by us.

Photos, fonts and elements

Some Templates include photos, illustrations, fonts or icons from Canva's library. Your use of those elements is also governed by Canva's own license terms (see canva.com/policies). When you replace our placeholder photos and text with your own, you are responsible for having the right to use what you add.

Your content

Everything you add to your copy of a Template (your text, your photos, your property details) stays yours.

If the license ends

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, or if you break this license, the license for the affected Templates ends and you must stop using and delete your copies of them. Guest materials you have already printed or sent before a refund don't need to be recalled.
