A real person (not a bot) reads every message and replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, US Central Time. Include your order number (it starts with BNB-) if your question is about a purchase.

We can help with:

  • Your library: resending your library email, signing in, missing items, choosing extra languages.
  • Templates: getting started in Canva or Google Sheets, a link that doesn't open, a file that won't download.
  • Orders and payments: receipts, taxes, charges on your statement (they show as LINK.COM* BNBTOOLS), anything described in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
  • Email: unsubscribing or changing what you receive (every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe link).
  • Privacy requests: access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, see our Privacy Policy.
